    I have been for about 3 years, without a degree in a different field it doesn't exist unfortunately.

    I'm unsure of the nature of your employment however there are provisions against hostile work environments, and retaliation in most standard HR provided materials for reporting other employees.

    However, depending on the size of the organization it's possible for them to decide to just get rid of the reporting employee and take their chances on a wrongful termination suit.

    Plan is to shut my mouth and hopefully if possible start back to college in January.

    Sounds like the place is a shit show. I would keep my head down and work on getting the hell of there. Also if the opportunity arises to lock the problem coworker in the supply closet over the long holiday without food or water. Approval granted. I am sure we all can provide a semi believable alibi.

    At this point it seems like if she were to come to work and fart loudly it would somehow be my fault so I'm just going to keep to myself.

    Kind of sucks too because I have several coworkers who are great, but I can't talk to them because she butts into the conversations to give me grief.
